Relationships can bring joy, connection, and meaning — but they can also feel confusing, painful, or stuck. Whether you’re struggling with communication, feeling distant from your partner, or unsure whether to stay or leave, this page offers support to help you navigate what’s happening and find a way forward.
No two relationships are the same, so if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just want someone to talk it through with, individual therapy sessions provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space to help you to untangle your emotions, make sense of your situation, and support you to move forward.
Counselling can help if:
- You feel stuck in cycles of arguments or disconnection
- You’re torn between wanting to make it work and wondering if you should let go
- You’re struggling to express what you need, or feel your partner isn’t hearing you
- You feel lost, lonely, or anxious within your relationship
- You want a safe space to think things through
Together, we can:
- Untangle feelings of confusion, frustration, or hurt
- Support you with difficult decisions (stay, leave, change)
- Work on communication, boundaries, or patterns that feel stuck
- Help you reconnect with yourself within the relationship
- Explore how past experiences might be affecting your current dynamic
There’s lots of information out there about how to have the perfect relationship, but it’s not always a case of one size fits all. Everyone is unique and therefore every relationship is different. Counselling offers you an alternative perspective on yourself and your relationship patterns – a truly bespoke service that is completely tailored to you and your particular issues.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and will take place online via Zoom (video). Further information is available here.
