How I can help you
Are you spending endless days and sleepless nights feeling worried or sad, hopeless, helpless or lost – trying to deal with a tricky or unpleasant situation, or struggling with stress and anxiety?

Maybe you feel you can’t talk to anyone else? You don’t want to burden anyone, or think that no-one wants to listen, or that no-one will understand how you feel or what you’re going through?

But you don’t have to be alone…

Working with UK-based adults aged 18 and over, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to give you the chance to talk about whatever it is that you’re struggling with, and help support you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, so we can both fully understand what it is like to be you and why you feel the way you do. This will give you greater clarity about yourself and your situation, which in turn will lead us to discover what we can do to change how you currently feel.

Counselling can help increase your confidence, silence your inner critic, improve your relationships, create better boundaries, and gain a better understanding of yourself.

Although I can help you in any area of your life, I specialise in working with individuals who are looking for love or struggling in relationships – supporting you to become your best self to help to bring the right kind of love into your life. How I work
I use a person-centred approach to counselling. I believe that everyone is unique and has their own perspective on life, based on their thoughts, feelings and beliefs, gained through their previous experiences.

It’s not a case of one-size-fits-all (after all, only you know exactly how you feel or what you’ve been through), so I’m not able to give you advice or tell you what to do to make you feel better. Instead, through building a relationship of trust and respect between us, we can work together towards finding the best way forward for you. A truly bespoke experience, tailored solely to you.

I offer 50-minute counselling sessions, with a reduced rate for the initial session which will allow us the opportunity to get to know each other and find out if we would like to work together.

All sessions are online via video (Zoom), so you can access all the benefits of counselling from the comfort of your own home, whilst eliminating the cost, time, stress and inconvenience of travelling to and from appointments. For more details on video counselling, click here.
