Support for dating, relationship patterns, and finding love that feels right
I am currently accepting new clients (online, UK-based). May appointments available.
Looking for love can be exciting — but also confusing, frustrating, and at times, lonely. You might find yourself wondering why dating feels so hard, why the same patterns keep repeating themselves, or questioning whether you’ll ever meet the right person or if you even deserve to. I’m here to help you navigate this journey with compassion and without judgement — whether you’re just starting out, feeling stuck, or healing from setbacks along the way.
If you’re wondering why you can’t find anyone, keep choosing the ‘wrong’ person, or dealing with unrequited love, counselling can provide a supportive space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. I can’t promise to find you the person of your dreams, but I can support you to become the best version of you, your authentic self, to give you the freedom and clarity that will help you to make confident decisions about relationships that are right for you.
Counselling can help if:
- You feel stuck in unhealthy or repeating dating patterns
- You’re struggling with low self-esteem or fear of rejection
- You want a relationship but something seems to hold you back
- Dating leaves you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disheartened
- You’ve experienced heartbreak and are afraid to try again
Together, we can:
- Explore how past experiences shape your relationship choices
- Build confidence and clarity about what you want in love
- Understand your attachment style and emotional needs
- Challenge beliefs that may be getting in your way
- Support you in showing up as your full, authentic self in relationships
There’s lots of information out there about how to find the person of your dreams, or how to have the perfect relationship, but it’s not always a case of one size fits all. Everyone is unique and therefore every relationship is different. Counselling offers you an alternative perspective on yourself and your relationship patterns – a truly bespoke service that is completely tailored to you and your particular issues.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and will take place online via Zoom (video). Further information is available on here.

How to find The One
You’ve been searching, trying, hoping – and maybe wondering why everyone else seems to have found their person, while you’re left facing first dates, dead ends, and wondering if there’s something wrong with you. But lasting change in your love life doesn’t come from trying harder to find the right person — it comes from becoming more grounded, secure, and self-trusting within yourself. These workbooks are designed to help you do exactly that.
How to Find The One – and live happily ever after (Paid Resource): A therapeutic-depth, practical workbook exploring blocks, beliefs, and patterns to build self-worth and healthier relationships. Uncover how your early experiences shaped your beliefs about love, spot patterns that have been holding you back, and learn how to find the love, safety, and care you’ve been seeking. Please note, this is deep and transformational work and is NOT suitable if you have unresolved childhood and/or relationship trauma.
